Waiver & Agreement

Once a booking has been confirmed, you (as the client) have consented to treatment and enter into an agreement with the following statements:

I understand that any cancellations of a scheduled appointment are non-refundable. However, my appointment can be rescheduled or gifted should I need to change it.

I understand that if I am taking medications or have any pre-existing medical conditions that I must advise the practitioner prior to the session.

I understand that these treatments are not a substitute for consulting my GP or medical care provider. In the event of known medical conditions, I certify that I have consulted a health professional regarding any condition (physical, mental or emotional) that could interfere with my judgement, or affect my health in any way during or after the session.

I agree to self-regulate, with the practitioners guidance.
